Today when the matter was called out, learned counsel Mr.Suryawanshi appears for the Petitioner. None appears for the Respondent as notice is not issued to him.

Present petition alleges wilful disobedience of the judgment and order dated 22nd December 2023 passed by this Court . 3.

In view of the order, the Court intends to pass, no prejudice will be caused to the Respondent.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner has submitted that nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition in view of the fact that Petitioner has received all outstanding amounts in his bank account before 15th June 2025 and therefore this Contempt Petition would not survive.

Accordingly the Contempt Petition stands purged. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. No costs.
