Heard learned Advocate for the applicant. None for the respondent inspite of service of notice.

This application is filed for transfer of proceedings pending before the Court at Bhoom bearing HMP No. 49 of 2024 to the Court of learned CJSD, Beed. It is stated that the applicant is having three years' daughter with her. It is difficult for her to travel from Beed to Bhoom to attend the proceeding. The distance between the two places is 120 kms. 03.

Though notice is served, none appears for the respondent. Hence, following order :-

ORDER

i) The application is allowed.

ii) Proceeding of HMP No. 49 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned CJSD, Bhoom is transferred to the Court of learned CJSD, Beed.

( 2 ) mca56.24 iii) After transfer of the proceeding, the applicant shall cooperate in speedy disposal of the proceedings without seeking unnecessary adjournment. If the Court finds that unnecessary adjournments are sought by the applicant, the Court shall deal with it to compensate the respondent.

iv) The application is accordingly disposed off.
