It is the submission of learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner that the Respondent has willfully disobeyed order dated 10th May 2023 passed by the learned Family Court below Exhibit33 in Petition D-51 of 2020 and also violated the orders dated 4th November 2023 and 22nd November 2023 passed by this Court in Interim Application No.15819 of 2023 in Writ Petition No.4405 of 2023.
