Ms. Dhuru, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent - Rachana Virendra Desai states that the Petitioner will be provided physical access of the child every Sunday between 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. She states that the Respondent will hand over temporary custody of the child to the Petitioner at 12:30 p.m at the Respondent's residence and the Petitioner will return custody of the child to the Respondentmother at 3:30 p.m. at the Respondent's residence. The said statements made by the Respondent - Rachana Virendra Desai and Petitioner - Virendra Arvindkumar Desai are accepted as undertakings given to this Court.

Stand over to 13th August, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. to report compliance of this statement.

As in the earlier order, I have already recorded prima facie satisfaction that the Respondent has breached orders passed by the Vaibhav Page No. 1
