Ms. Dhuru, learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent, states that the Respondent has complied with the Order dated 1st August 2025. She states that she will file Affidavit to place on record the manner in which the Order dated 1st August 2025 has been complied with. Mr. Akash Vijay, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that said Order is not complied with. He also states that accordingly Petitioner will also file Affidavit. 2.

Ms. Dhuru, learned Counsel further states that the Respondent will bring the child in the Day Care Centre, Bombay High Court, Mumbai on 16th August 2025 at 02:30 pm. The access of child will be given to the father - Virendra Desai from 02:30 pm to 04:30 pm.

The High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai is requested to appoint two Para-Legal Volunteers to supervise the access. 4.

To ensure compliance of this Order, stand over to 18th August 2025 at 03:00 pm.
