7 CP 66.25+.DOC Day Care Centre, at Bombay High Court on 12th September 2025 at 3.30 p.m.

The access of the child will be given to the father- Virendra Desai from 3.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m.

The High Court Legal Services Committee, Mumbai to appoint two Para Legal Volunteers to supervise the access and file report before next date.

The Respondent- mother shall take effective steps to ensure that the child behaves properly with the father. 5.

Stand over to 17th September 2025 at 3.00 p.m. to report compliance of this Order.
