A praecipe is moved on behalf of the applicant-husband seeking correction in the order dated 13.01.2026, in respect of transfer of proceeding before the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune. It is submitted the applicant husband is seeking transfer of Hindu Marriage Petition No. 65 of 2022 to the 2nd Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pune instead of 13th Civil Judge, Senior Division at Pune.

In view of the above, in paragraph nos. 3, 4, 9, 10 and Clause (2) in operative part of the order, the word "13th" be substituted with the words "2nd Joint''.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // mca69-24 4.

Similarly, in paragraph no.6, 1st line, the word "applicant" be replaced with 'non applicant' and in paragraph No.7, 3rd line, the word "whom' be replaced with word "home". 5.

Order to stand corrected accordingly and corrected order be uploaded.
