During the course of arguments, learned Advocate for the respondent submits that his client wants to take chance to settle the matter before the Mediator.

In view of the same, parties are referred to Mediator. Parties to appear through their Advocates before the Mediation Center to take date of Mediator. Thereafter, the parties to appear before the Mediator at one occasion. If there is possibility of mediation, further meetings can be decided.

Till then, there shall ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (C). Learned Advocate Mr. Kale also makes statement that he will not prosecute the matter pending in the Court at Pune. 04.
