This application is for transfer of the proceeding pending before the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jalgaon to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Pune, bearing Petition No. A-70 of 2023. The applicant is wife. It is her case that she is residing at Pune. The learned Advocate for the respondent fairly concedes that the proceeding can be transferred to the Court at Pune. His prayer is only to expedite the proceeding.

The application is allowed. Petition bearing No. A-70 of 2023 is transferred from the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jalgaon to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Pune.
