DATED : 22nd APRIL, 2024 P.C:- The contempt petition is filed alleging disobedience of the award dated 28/11/2023, passed by the sole Arbitrator with certain ancillary directions.

Perused the final award passed in favour of the claimant and since it is the contention of Mr. Singh that there is no compliance of the award, issue notice to the respondents asking them to show cause as to why they shall not be held guilty of willfully and deliberately not complying with the award. They are at liberty to file the reply affidavit before the returnable date. Re-notify to 1/07/2024. The Notice shall be served by registered post, pre-paid for acknowledgment or by fax, speed-post or Courier with acknowledgment and also through personal service, including service via electronic mail.
