Mr. Jain, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Respondent No.2 in the captioned Arbitration Petition sought time since arguing Counsel was unavailable.

I have briefly heard Dr. Chandrachud, Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, who has drawn my attention to the issue which false for consideration in the Arbitration Petition. In my view it would be necessary to have the presence of Respondent No.1 to determine the issue which falls for consideration in the Section 11 Petition.

Thus, issue notice to Respondent No.1 returnable on 25 th November, 2024.
