The Petition alleges breach of order dated 30 July 2022 passed by the Co-operative Court by which interim injunction is passed in favour of the Petitioner restraining the Respondents from using flat No.1 for commercial purpose. If Petitioner believes that Respondents are conducting any activity in breach of temporary injunction order dated 30 July 2022, it would be open for it to file appropriate application before the Co-operative Court. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to exercise contempt jurisdiction. Petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate application katkam Page No.

Disposal of the Contempt Petition shall, however, not be construed to mean that this Court has absolved Respondents in respect of the acts alleged to have been committed by them.
