Perused the communication dated 28th April 2026, received from the Judge of the Family Court, Beed, seeking extension of time to dispose of the Petition A. No.50 of 2025 for a further six months. 2.

Perusal of the record and office note reveals that this Court, while passing an order in Miscellaneous Civil Application No.109 of 2024, directed the learned Family Court to dispose of the proceedings before it within a period of one year from the date of transfer. Pursuant to the same, the learned Judge has sought an extension of the said time. 3.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the communication, I deem it appropriate to grant the extension of time as sought. Accordingly, a Shrikant Malani
