1) The learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.1Zilla Parishad Ratnagiri places on record communication dated 12 December 2024 addressed to him, which reflects that the total amount payable to the Petitioner is Rs.14,97,769/- out of which an amount of Rs.4,15,042/- is already paid and for paying the balance amount of Rs.10,82,727/- steps are being taken for releasing funds from the State Government.

2) The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.1 seeks four weeks time to complete the process of payment of balance amount.
