The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.6 - University, tenders the affidavit in reply dated 11th November, 2024 from page nos.130 to 133 and submits that a permanent approval has been granted to the Petitioner. The University has instructed the learned Advocate to withdraw the Review Petition (Stamp) No.27040 of 2023.

The proposal for complying with clause 6(c) of the judgment of this Court dated 4th September, 2023 delivered in Writ Petition No.4730 of 2021, has been forwarded by the Management Gauri Gaekwad

33-CP-121-2024.odt vide letter dated 2nd May, 2024, which is received by Respondent No.5 on 14th May, 2024.

In view of the above, there is no impediment on the part of the State Authorities to implement clause 6(c). 4.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that a reasonable time period may be granted to the State to make the payment and the Petitioner be permitted to withdraw the same. He further prays for keeping this matter pending until the next date. 5.

Let clause 6(c) be complied with on or before 15th December, 2024 and a compliance report by Respondent No.5 be placed before us on 19th December, 2024. List this Petition on the said date.
