PER COURT :

Both the parties are present.

It is informed that the parties have amicably settled the dispute. Consent terms in that regard are also prepared. The parties have produced on record duly verified consent terms. 3.

It is decided that the cases instituted by the wife will be withdrawn. So far as RCC No. 1095/2024 is concerned, the wife has agreed to give consent if the Petition is filed for quashing of the said proceeding in this regard. The parties have further agreed to go for divorce by mutual consent. The husband has agreed to pay amount of Rs. 11,51,000/- as per the directions of learned Family Court, Pune, by way of Demand Draft or RTGS within 5 to 10 days. It is further decided that HMP No. A-1513/2023 which is pending in

- 2 - mca129.24.odt Family Court, Pune is to be converted into Petition under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act.

The amount of Rs. 11,51,000/- be deposited in the proceeding pending before Family Court, Pune. The said amount be disbursed after quashing of RCC No. 1094/2024 and decree of divorce is passed by the concerned Court. The parties are at liberty to move this Application after decree of divorce is passed and RCC No. 1095/2024 is quashed.

Stay granted by this Court stands vacated so as to facilitate the parties to prosecute HMP No. A-1513/2023 for the purpose stated in the compromise.
