Learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and the Respondent jointly mentioned the matter at Serial No. 938 at 2:30 p.m. and submitted that the present Application, seeking transfer of H.M.P. Petition No. A-1513 of 2023 from the learned Family Court at Pune to the learned Family Court at Jalgaon, has already been rendered infructuous in view of the judgment and order dated 13th February 2026 passed in the said proceedings.

In support of the aforesaid submission, learned Counsel for the Applicant tendered a copy of the judgment and order dated 13th February 2026. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The statement made by the learned Counsel is accepted. Shrikant Malani

Upon perusal of the said judgment, it appears that H.M.P. Petition No. A-1513 of 2023 stands disposed of by order dated 13th February 2026.

In view of the aforesaid development, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Application. Accordingly, the Application is disposed of as infructuous.
