The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that the judgment and order dated 12 January 2023 is not complied with. The learned AGP states that the contempt petition is not served. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that copy will be furnished to the learned AGP. Learned AGP seeks time to take instructions. Stand over to 15 April 2024. We are granting longer time so that if the order is not complied with, the Respondents can take remedial steps, failing which, we will be constrained to take steps in the contempt jurisdiction.
