The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the respondent is now presently working at Baramati and that the proceedings filed by the respondent at Latur would be inconvenient for both the parties. Rather it would be more convenient if the petition stands transferred to Osmanabad, which is closure to Baramati in comparison to Latur. He submits that it would be convenient for both the parties to conduct the proceedings at Osmanabad. 3.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 19.07.2024. 4.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is possibility of settlement in the matter. He further submits that the cross-

2 915 examination is kept in the month of June and due to harsh climatic conditions that on the last occasion when the date was prayed for, the costs of Rs.5,000/- was imposed. He further submits that he would intimate the respondent / wife well in advance of the order passed today so as to avoid inconvenience to the respondent / wife of travel to Latur on the next date.

Until the next date, the proceedings before the Latur Court in Hindu Marriage Petition No. A-44/2022 is stayed. 6.

The petitioner to forthwith inform this order to the respondent wife; so that she does not have to travel to Latur for her cross-examination.
