Learned AGP on 26th March, 2024 had sought time to take instructions in respect of action taken pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 27th February, 2024 in First Appeal No.1849 of 2006 along with Cross-Objection. It is seen that till today, no instructions are received by him. Though the Respondents are served, however, till now neither the reply is filed by the alleged contemnor nor the instructions are received by learned AGP.
