The learned AGP has produced a chart, which is taken on record and marked "X" for identification in terms of the order dated 18th June 2024. The amount computed in the chart is accepted as the amount payable in terms order dated 28th February 2023 passed in First Appeal No. 1849 of 2006.

In terms of paragraph 13 of the order passed by this Court in First Appeal No.1849 of 2006, the Special Land Acquisition Officer to deposit the amount of Rs.35,31,417/- in the bank account of the petitioners/claimants within a period of four weeks from today. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/claimants submits that he had already given bank details of the claimants at 'ExhibitE'. The learned AGP also accepts that bank details are provided and they would comply with the directions.

The final amount is computed as of 30th June 2024. The State to deposit the final amount by way of computing the additional interest as on the date of deposit.
