The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks time. 2.

The Petitioners have alleged that Respondent Nos. 2 and 4 have not complied with the order passed by this Court on 30 September 2021 in Writ Petition No. 7083 of 2019. 3.

In the Writ Petition, the Petitioners had sought a direction to the Respondent -Authority to initiate acquisition proceedings in respect of a road shown in the development plan owned by the

Trupti 2 22-cp-161-2024.doc private parties, Respondent Nos. 6 to 18. The order dated 30 September 2021 records that they did not remain present in spite of service and the Petitioners were directed to serve a copy of the order on Respondent Nos. 6 to 18 to enable them to move this Court, if they were aggrieved by the order. It is not clear as to whether any Court notice was issued to Respondent Nos. 6 to 18 and the Petitioners had complied with paragraph 5 of the order dated 30 September 2021. This aspect would be made clear by the Petitioners on the next date of hearing.
