Learned counsel for the Petitioner has pointed out the sale deed which is annexed at page No. 37 and 40 of the Petitioner which would indicate that the suit properties are the subject matter of sale. 4.

Issue notice to Respondent Nos. 1A to 1F returnable on 2nd April, 1/2
