The learned AGP points out that the moment, the management posts Mr. Ajit Shankar Dhirde on the vacant post of Headmaster, keeping in view that the earlier Headmaster Mr. Sunil Nikita

921-cp-172-2024.odt Patil has superannuated on 31st December, 2024, the Education Officer (Secondary) would decide the proposal and grant approval within seven days from the date of receipt of the proposal from the Management. An apology has also been tendered by the Education Officer Secondary.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits, on instructions, that the Petitioner is satisfied. 4.

We record that, if the above statement is not complied with, we would treat the conduct of the concerned Officer as being aggravated contempt and in which case, we would not entertain an apology if the Petitioner is required to file second Contempt Petition.
