The petitioner has made a grievance that the Education Officer has not complied with the order dated 1 November 2023 in respect of granting approval to the Petitioner's appointment. On 7 March 2024, at the request of the learned AGP, we had given time to the Respondent to take remedial steps. Till date no steps have been taken. The learned AGP has no instructions.
