This contempt petition is filed by joining 5 office bearers and expert committee members as party Respondents. The contempt alleged is of the interim order passed in the Writ Petition on 9 December 2022. This order only directs the Respondents to file their affidavit-in-reply in the Writ Petition and produce on record the evaluation carried by them as regards the claim of the Petitioner. 2.

The learned counsel for the Respondents in Writ Petition points out that reply affidavit is filed and the Respondents have placed on record the evaluation which according to them is carried Sneha Chavan

Whether the evaluation which was carried out is adequate or otherwise is the matter on merits in the Writ Petition which is pending for admission. We therefore, find no reason to proceed in the Contempt Petition.
