DATED : 18th NOVEMBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) The Contempt Petition is filed alleging disobedience of the directions contained in the Order dated 26/08/2024. 2) The Habeas Corpus Petition came to be disposed of by the aforesaid Order by directing the Petitioner to avail access of his daughter by setting out an arrangement in the Order. Further, direction was also given that the father shall be kept in the loophole about the academic performance of the child and as he undertook that he shall look after the homework of the child and also take care of her academic activities. 3) Since the above Order directed to continue the arrangement till appropriate Petition for custody is filed and we are informed by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that the custody Petition has been instituted by 1/2

4) The Contempt Petition is filed alleging disobedience of the said directions and though we could have taken cognizance thereof as it is alleged that there is no compliance of our directions, we expect that the Respondent - wife shall abide by the said directions and the arrangement which was worked out in the Order of 12/08/2024 which is reiterated in the Order of 26/08/2024, shall be continued. However, if there is still no compliance, we grant liberty to the Petitioner to file an appropriate Application in the Custody Petition and the Court dealing with the Application, shall take into account the Orders passed by this Court from time to time. 5) With the aforesaid directions, the Contempt Petition is disposed of.
