There seems to be much controversy about the order dated 5th July, 2020, passed by the Principal Chief Secretary School Education Department, Ms. Vandana Krushna and as to whether the Union of the Petitioner which represented the employees, has received the order or not. Be that as it may, the copy of the order is now served upon the Petitioners and they desire to file a petition to challenge the said order.

In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is disposed off as withdrawn on instructions.

Needless to state, with regard to the challenge to the order dated 5th July, 2020, all contentions are kept open, including whether the order is ante-dated.
