The Mediation Report and the Compromise terms are collectively taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification purposes.

Bare perusal of the compromise terms reveals that both parties have settled their matter amicably, and they are residing together happily and enjoying life. The compromise term was executed on 16-04-2026.

As such, the learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that in view of the Mediation Report and the compromise terms, the Applicant does not want to proceed with the Application and seeks leave to withdraw the Application.
