The learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned counsel appearing for the non applicant made a joint request for referring the parties to the mediation to explore the possibility of settlement.

Accordingly, the applicant and the non applicant shall appear before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services, Aurangabad on 05.03.2026.

Thereafter, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services, Aurangabad shall refer the parties to a trained mediator, who shall submit the report.

Stand over to 26.03.2026.
