This Petition had alleged the contempt of the directions issued by us in our order dated 5 September 2023. 2.

In terms of our order the 1st and 2nd Respondents were directed to take steps and expedite the process of deletion of reservation of the subject land within eight weeks. Though, there is delay, the 1st and 2nd Respondents have already issued the Notification dated 11 September 2024 deleting the

16.CP.199-2024.DOCX reservation in respect of the subject land. If there are any further steps that are necessary to complete the process we assure that the 1st and 2nd Respondent will take such steps within a reasonable time.
