We have perused the order passed by this Court, dated 13th December, 2022 passed in Writ Petition No. 40 of 2020. The specific grievance of the Petitioner is that the Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation did not decide the claim of the Petitioner for compassionate appointment, within 4 months. This Petition is filed on 7th November, 2023 within one year.
