Office noting indicates that the service of the Court notice is awaited. The contempt is alleged of the order dated 1st December, 2023 passed by this Court restraining the Respondent from creating any third party right in respect of the suit property. 2.

Mr. Anturkar, learned Senior Advocate points out the photographs at page Nos.81 to 87 of the Petition which indicates that the advertisement is released for sale of the plots in the suit property. He further submits that the Respondent was served by private notice, however, Court notice is awaited.
