Mr. Rathod appear in person has tendered his affidavit in reply dated 24 April 2024 to the contempt petition. Mr. Rathod in unnumbered paragraph No.3 of his reply, has specifically stated that he is willing to vacate the suit premises, provided his employer respondent Nos.2 (Air India Limited), clears his entire post-retirement dues. 2.

Since nobody has appeared today on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3, stand over to 30 April 2024 to be placed on "Supplementary Board".

The petitioners are directed to inform advocates of respondent Nos.2 and 3 (P & A Law Office) about the next date of hearing.
