02.

This application is for transfer of the proceeding bearing No. B-68 of 2023, pending in the Family Court, Pune to the Court of CJSD, Bhusawal. The distance between the two places is around 400 kms. There are three proceedings already filed and pending in the Court at Bhusawal. Even the husband has filed an appeal in the Sessions Court at Bhusawal bearing Criminal Appeal No.6 of 2024, challenging the judgment passed by the learned Trial Court in a case under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. It is submitted that the husband is attending all these proceedings at Bhusawal. The applicant has to travel to Pune all alone as there is no one in the family to accompany her. The learned Advocate thus prays for allowing the application.
