Contempt is alleged of the order dated 19th October, 2023 directing the Respondent to refund the privilege fees deposited by the Petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that till date, despite various communications, the Respondent has not refunded the privilege fees of about Rs.30,00,000/-. 2.

Learned AGP appearing for the Respondent-State seeks time of one week. At his request, stand over to 5th July, 2024, under the caption for 'circulation'.
