Both the learned Advocates for the respective parties submit that the parties have arrived at compromise.

In view of the compromise, it is decided that the husband would pay an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- to the applicant-wife. The other terms are yet to be settled.

Today, the learned Advocate for the Respondent informed that his client is ready to deposit of Rs.7,00,000/- in the office of this Court. 4.

Considering above, office to accept the amount of Rs.7,00,000/- if deposited by the respondent-husband within two weeks from today.
