Learned Advocate for the Respondent informs that the parties have acted as per the settlement on most of the terms. However, proceeding under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code is yet to be withdrawn and the amount is also yet to be transferred in the account of the wife. The amount deposited is also lying in this Court. The parties are trying to comply with the terms and conditions within a period of two weeks from today. He, therefore, prays for some time.
