18 officers by name starting from the Secretary of Planning Department to the Block Development Officer and Tahasildar by name have been joined in the Contempt Petitions. The only explanation given is that they were party respondents in the Writ Petitions. 2.

We grant leave to the Petitioners to amend the Contempt Petitions to join the Collector, Solapur and the State of Maharashtra as party Respondents so that learned AGP can take instructions regarding compliance. The amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
