1] By order dated 06.09.2024, this Court had recorded the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants that considering the documents filed by the

261.24MCA+ respondents, the applicants be given sufficient opportunity in the matter and that he would not have objection to conduct the matter before the same Judge after some opportunity is granted to the applicants.

2] However, today, the learned counsel for the applicants submits that the Appeals pending before the School Tribunal, Latur may be transferred to a different Judge.

3] Considering the submission of the applicants, it appears that the applicants are not interested to conduct the proceedings before the same Court and seek transfer of the proceedings to another Court. In view of the same, I do not find any merit in the submissions of the learned counsel for the applicants. The Tribunal will decide the appeal in accordance with law. The Misc. Civil Applications are accordingly dismissed.
