It is submitted that despite specific directions of this Court on 12/12/2022 for custody of both the children, the respondent no.3-husband has not handed over the custody to the petitioner. Respondent no.3 to comply with the order forthwith. If the order dated 12/12/2022 is not complied with, this Court will consider the petitioner's plea for aggravated contempt subject to hearing respondent no.3.

In the first instance, issue simple notice to the respondent no.3, returnable on 25/04/2024.
