This Court, by order dated 9th May 2024 passed in Criminal Application No.913/2022, had directed respondent No.2 to give custody of the child to the petitioner. Respondent No.2 shall handover the custody of the child to the petitioner within eight days from today or else this Court would direct the police constable to handover the custody of the child to the petitioner.
