Considering the interview with the child 'D' on 25/10/2024, the child 'D' is not willing to go to the Petitioner. 2) Looking at the age of child 'D', he needs love, affection, care and attention from both the parents. P.H. Jayani 09 CP263.2024.doc the learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 have unanimously suggested that the child 'D' be referred to Dr. Kunti Suryawanshi for counselling on Wednesday i.e., 11th December, 2024 at 05:30 p.m. The said statement is accepted.
