The contemnor- Bhavin Kirit Ravasia is not entitled to appear in person as his conduct in the Court is unruly. He is not fit to appear in person.

It appears that despite earlier orders passed by this Court, respondent No.2 is not handing over custody of the child. This Court has recorded in its order that the custody of the child was with the mother; however, limited access was granted to the husband. After taking custody of the child under limited right

The respondent No.2-contemnor shall, therefore, ensure that the custody of son is handed over to the wife by tomorrow, 26 March 2026.

If the custody is not handed over to the mother by 26 March 2026, this Court will take action holding contemnor guilty for breach of order of this Court.

List the contempt petition on 26 March 2026.
