Petitioner in Criminal Application No.913 of 2022 had mentioned that she has been granted permission by the Committee under the Party in persons, Appellate Side Rules. On accepting the said statement, she was permitted to make submissions. However, it is found that no such permission is there on record. The petitioner makes statement that she did appear before the Committee and Committee has allowed her appearance.
