DATE : 23 APRIL 2024 P.C. :- In Contempt Petition No. 464 of 2021 an order was passed on 6 February 2023 directing the State to release the fund to the Zilla Parishad to make payment to the Petitioner and upon receipt of funds, the Zilla Parishad should make the payment. We note that this order was passed in the Contempt Petition.
