Learned counsel for the Respondent- Zilla Parishad states that the amount has been transferred to the account of the Petitioners which fact is confirmed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.

We note that mere compliance of the order is not sufficient to discharge the authorities from the proceedings under contempt petition.
