Learned counsel for the Respondent- Zilla Parishad states that the amount has been transferred to the account of the Petitioners which fact is confirmed by the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 2.
We note that mere compliance of the order is not sufficient to discharge the authorities from the proceedings under contempt petition. The compliance of the order has to be made and cannot be the sole defence. Overall the conduct has to be considered. Therefore, for further hearing, stand over to 1 October 2024. ( M.M. SATHAYE, J.)
