Heard Mr. Butala, learned Advocate for Petitioners appearing through Video Conferencing.

Learned Advocate informs the Court that by virtue of order dated 31.10.2023, Respondent was required to pay monthly maintenance amount to tune of Rs.45,000/- as computed and stated in the said order. He would submit that initially after paying to the extent of 20% of the total outstanding amount there is humongous outstanding arrears of approximately Rs.15,55,000/- due and payable and Respondent has willfully not complied with the said order. 3.

In view of the above facts, issue notice to Respondent. Humdast permitted. In addition to Court's notice, Petitioners are directed to serve the Respondent a copy of this order and inform him about the next date of hearing by any permissible mode of service and Corrected / Modified order as per Speaking to the Minutes of order dated 17.06.2025. 1 of 2
