26th April 2024 PC:- 1.
Having perused the Petition, I was not inclined to grant any reliefs to the Petitioners. The Advocate for the Petitioner a junior at the bar requested that the matter be kept back in the afternoon for his senior to argue. The matter was kept back. In the afternoon session, neither the Advocate nor his senior for the Petitioners appeared.

I find that the Petition is a clear abuse of the process of the Court. However, with the view to give a fair opportunity to the Petitioners, the matter is adjourned.
