Contempt Petition has been preferred alleging non-compliance of the order dated 19th December, 2023 passed by this Court injuncting the Defendant from parking his vehicle on the suit property or remaining on the suit property for any purpose other than ingress and egress to his structure.

Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that the Respondent is not parking his vehicle on the suit property and the vehicles are parked on his own property.

In view of the said submission, and in absence of any material to Arya 1 of

29-CP-278-2024.doc demonstrate that the Respondent is parking his vehicles in the suit property, in defiance of the order of 19th December, 2023, no case for contempt is made out. Contempt Petition stands dismissed. [SHARMILA U. DESHMUKH, J.] Arya 2 of
